Right of Withdrawal
1. General principle
No general voluntary right of return or withdrawal applies to contracts with Orfina-Swiss SA unless expressly agreed in writing. The applicable offer, order confirmation or invoice terms remain decisive.
2. Custom and specially sourced goods
Custom-made, personalised, specially sourced, worn or used items are generally excluded from return or exchange to the extent permitted by law.
3. Case-by-case review
As a gesture of goodwill, ORFINA may review a return or exchange request individually. This normally requires flawless condition, full delivery contents, timely contact and ORFINA’s prior approval.
4. Service and repair work
There is no withdrawal right for completed service, repair or workshop work. The agreed terms and applicable law apply.
